Greens health club. First impressions as you walk through greens health club entrance door is that you're welcomed with the smiling reception staff greeting you as you walk through the door.

The general feeling of greens health club is that it has a warm and very relaxed feeling about the place, which is a bonus compared to some of the other health clubs that we review.

The main thing, from the staffing point of veiw, is that you're always being asked if you need any help but without being over the top. This is very reasurring if you haven't been a member of a health club before.

Greens health and fitness club Restaurant

Greens health club restaurant is fantastic with a very modern look and feel about it, and seating varies from low, infromal areas to higher dinning tables and chairs.

The menu is vast with the range of food and beverage that caters for everyone. You can choose from a variety of snacks and meals and if you're a vegitearian they have a wide selection of recipies on the menu for you too.

Beverages include waters, beers, wine, fizzy drinks, fruit juice, coffee and tea.

They also have 2 large plasma tv's if you like watching sport or music while eating your meal or enjoying your tea or coffee. The volume of the TV's is not loud so if you don't want to watch it, you're not dusturbed.

The service is good and the food is very good.

Greens health and fitness club Swimming Pool Facilities

The picture speaks for itself. The pool area is amazing with the pool being quite large in size, the other pool area facilities are fantastic too. It's got quite a tranquil feel to it.

There are 3 jacuzzis around the pool, one heated another is slightly cooler and the third one is at the same tempaerature as the pool the really good thing about the 3 jacuzzi in the pool area is they are never overcrowded.

Some people don't like the shock of being hot from the jacuzzi to getting in the pool as it can make a pool feel quite chilly, here you can choose a jacuzzi to suit your preference. If you like tanning yourself they have 2 solariums just off the side of the pool.

Also, there's a steam room and a sauna which are great for dipping in and out of from the pool. They also have a cold water dowsing shower!

There are a range of pool classes for all ages run as part of the fitenss program, for which a section of the pool is cordened off at different times.

The pool is normally split into three section, with two swim lanes marked out for slow and fast, if you prefer to get stuck in to some laps of the pool for some exercise.

Greens health club gym is fantastic it has everything and more you could ever need to have a fantastic workout.

I've personally been around the health and fitness scene for more than 22 years and i can honestly say greens health club gym ranks up there with the very best of them.

You have free weights and machines to cover every part of the body so if your just a keen workout person or a hard core weight trainer you feel right at home with all this equipment.

The equipment is one of the best i have ever used so you know you will have a fantastic workout and their is always a trainer on hand if your'e not sure how to work any of the equipment.

Greens health and fitness club Aerobics Studio

The aerobic studios. Greens have 2 very good studios that have full length mirrors right along one wall so you can whatch your instructor from any angle.

They also have a great amount of variation of classes in the health club, ranging from step classes, body pop, body combat, body pump, legs bums and tums, stretch and tone...

Or, if you like a more relaxing time they have Tai Chi, Pillates, Yoga, Salsa and many more...

They cater for everyone with the list of their classes.

Greens health and fitness club Cardio Gym

Wow... when you walk in here it's a runner - joggers - bike riders paradise - they have that much cardio equipment it's hard to know where to start.

What equipment is in this area? Well they have bikes, steppers, tread mills, cross tainers and rowing machines, and variations on most of these too - in fact, there's somthing for everyone.

And, while you're doing your cardio workout, you can choose to tune into music channels, sports, news... all you have to do is plug in your headphones and your off, leaving you to focus on your training.
